By accessing or using the website at alamoconcretepolishingandepoxyflooring.com (the "Site") or by engaging Alamo Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring ("we," "us," or "our") for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site or our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone else who accesses the Site or requests services from us.
Alamo Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring provides concrete flooring services including, but not limited to, epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, concrete resurfacing, pool deck coatings, and related surface preparation and sealing work. Services are performed at customer locations throughout Alamo, TX and surrounding communities in the Rio Grande Valley.
All services are subject to a written estimate and the mutual agreement of both parties before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All estimates provided by Alamo Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring are based on an on-site assessment of the project and are provided in writing prior to the start of any work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing.
Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of assessment. If additional work is required due to unforeseen conditions discovered during the project - such as hidden moisture, concealed structural damage, or previously undetected previous coatings - we will notify you before proceeding and provide a written change order. No additional work will be performed without your approval.
Prices quoted are for the specific scope of work described in the estimate. Changes to the scope of work requested by the customer may affect the final price and timeline.
Work dates are scheduled by mutual agreement. We make every effort to arrive at the agreed time and complete the work within the estimated timeframe. Delays caused by weather, material availability, or conditions beyond our control may affect scheduling, and we will communicate any changes to you promptly.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and mobilization costs. The specific fee, if applicable, will be stated in your written estimate.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions that would adversely affect installation quality, including extreme heat, rain, or high humidity during critical application windows.
Before work begins, customers are responsible for:
Failure to prepare the space as required may result in rescheduling and could affect the outcome of the installation. We are not responsible for coating failures caused by conditions that were not disclosed prior to the job or that resulted from customer actions after installation.
Payment terms are stated in the written estimate provided before each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of estimate.
For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins. The deposit amount and terms will be specified in the written estimate. Deposits are non-refundable if a customer cancels with less than 48 hours notice or after materials have been ordered for the job.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to pursue collection for unpaid balances, including reasonable attorney fees if legal action is required.
Any warranty offered on our work will be described specifically in your written estimate or project agreement. Warranties are limited to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions and do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, chemical exposure, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.
Coatings applied over concrete that contains pre-existing conditions not disclosed or discoverable at time of assessment - including but not limited to hydrostatic pressure, active moisture migration, or structurally compromised concrete - are not covered under any warranty.
